There is a bit of nostalgia in these posts of mine. It took me more than a year to get to sharing some of our 2020 weddings, not because they weren't worth sharing (au contraire!!), but because for someone in the celebration business, it has been tough to suddenly have to live in a world in which celebrations became a taboo.

Yes, things are slowly getting back to a semblance of normality (more in some places than others, but that is a whole different story) and I feel the need to go back to fun times and smiles, and beautiful couples sharing their love for each other with their nearest and dearest. After all, life is about living. I think the past 15 months have been a crash course in understanding that.

Which is why I am back to sharing the happy moments again. I hope that images of happy celebrations in Costa Rica inspire at least one person to enjoy the moment, to take a leap, to believe that we are the makers of our own happiness. I hope that Sarah & Joey’s colorful garden wedding makes you smile and dream.
